Mission
The purpose of the Section shall be to promote continuing legal education of the members of the local Bar who have an interest in practice in the bankruptcy courts, to further the administration of justice, to uphold the honor of the professions of law, to encourage high standards of practice and to encourage cordial intercourse among members of the Memphis Bar Association.
